He holds a Master's degree in Environmental and Energy Law from Nankai University in China, a Master's degree in Public Business Law from Paris XII University, and a Master's degree in Technology Law from Cavendish University an academic path spanning three continents that mirrors the international outlook our firm continues to build toward.

In practice, he mainly advises our clients on matters relating to urban planning, mining, environmental litigation, cybercrime, technology law, and public procurement areas that sit at the center of where business, regulation, and innovation increasingly meet.
